Jeff and his team was extremely helpful and professional in my experience with McGovern

I was at McGovern Chevrolet for an inspection sticker. I appreciate that I can track the progress, but didn't need to, because it was done in less than 30 minutes! Ashley greeted me with a smile, and is super nice!

No complaints on this end. The lady I delt with (sorry I cannot remember her name, Janic I think) kept me up to date on the status of the service. Five stars all around. Thank you JPBessette

Oil change went fine. This is 3rd survey I have gotten. How.many are needed?

Oil change for $115. Recommendations for about $500 of additional work which in my opinion was unnecessary. My last visit they called me an Uber. No courtesy vehicle is sad. I wouldn’t let my daughter take an uber alone. I feel customer service at McGovern is possibly the worst I have ever encountered.

I had a quote from my last visit for transmission flush, front and rear differential fluid replacement. Transfercase fluid replacement. The differential service ended up being $100.00 more for each front and rear than the original quote.

Everyone was very pleasant and waited only a short time to get my car back
